About us
TeamerTime is developed in Utrecht by FLIX-solutions, as part of FLIX consultancy. Starting from our own experience and together with the teams who use it, we built a product to help match the right people to the right projects, automatically.
Our story
Every week we checked the same platforms for new assignments. Then we opened spreadsheets to work out who on our team had the right skills and was actually available. By the time we had a CV ready, the best assignments were often gone.
In 2025 we started FLIX-solutions, a new department within FLIX Consultancy, to build AI products that unlock the full potential of people, teams and technology. The first thing we built was a scraper that gathered the assignments for us. Then came the matching, the capacity overview and the CV generator.
That became TeamerTime: the tool we now use ourselves, every day, and share with other consultancies facing the same problem.
