You pay a monthly rate per active user. Your tier is set by the total users in your workspace — when you cross into the next band, your per-user rate drops automatically.
What's included in every tier?
All core modules: Skill Management, Capacity Management, Time Tracking, and Market Intelligence. Analytics ships to existing customers at no extra cost when released.
Is setup required?
No. Basic is free and ships with a user manual — many teams onboard on their own. Standard and Enterprise are there if you want hands-on help.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly billing with no minimum term. Annual plans are available at a discount — ask sales.
Do I pay VAT?
Prices shown are ex-VAT. Dutch businesses can apply the reverse charge where applicable.
